Areas of Service
The Bible teaches that the church functions as the body of Christ. Each member is a necessary body part with a specific service. There are many existing opportunities to serve in areas of Worship, Outreach, Education, and Property.
In consultation with leadership, members may see a need and create a ministry of their own.
Worship
Praise team singers, instrumentalists, audio and video operators, flower ministry, banner design and creation, other decorations.
Outreach
Information center, welcome/greeting program, Community Garden, Easter Egg Hunt, Women’s Christmas Party, Women’s Spring Tea, Promote and train for evangelism.
Education
Teachers for children, youth, and adult classes, Vacation Bible School, Home Bible Studies, Fellowship, and Service groups.
Property
Maintenance of building and grounds and oversight of facility use
